UKC Ch. AKC GChB. Ch. Woodridge Sunshine and Whiskey FDC FCAT3 CGC TKI ATT
Born September 9, 2018, Sparkle is a gorgeous blue merle who stands 14.5 inches tall and weighs 20 pounds. This petite, medium-drive girl loves chasing balls and becomes unstoppable on the Fast CAT course, eagerly vocalizing until she is released to pursue the lure. Bred by Gary and Sheila Hoskins of Woodridge Miniature American Shepherds, Sparkle is owned by us and loves being by our side. She has earned UKC and AKC conformation titles, a Fast CAT title, a Herding Instinct certificate, Canine Good Citizen recognition, and certificates in Farm Dog and AKC Temperament Testing. Her delightful personality always makes us smile. She often performs her excellent “sit pretty” trick when asking for a treat, and she is friendly with everyone and always ready for fun.
Sparkle was Reserve Winners at the 2019 National Specialty Show from the 9-12 class and finished her championship the same weekend.
Sparkle is registered with AKC and UKC and is also in the OFA CHIC program, with all the health testing completed as recommended by the Miniature American Shepherd breed club.
Sparkle has produced outstanding puppies for us and others, all cherished as family pets. Many have earned conformation championships and performance titles, including several top-ranked agility competitors known for their speed. Their achievements have earned Sparkle the MASCUSA Register of Merit designations ROM-P, ROM-P II, ROMX, and ROMX-II.
