River is our first Miniature American Shepherd, and I got her as a hiking partner. She is such a wonderful dog and started our love of the breed. This 15 ½ inch red merle girl is very high energy and high drive; she needs a job to be happy. River loves to go kayaking with us, and although she is retired now, she enjoyed a lot of performance events and excelled at agility, earning many titles over the years – including a MACH and a PACH. Her favorite thing in the world is me and her tennis ball; she will do anything in order to get me to throw that ball!

Captain passed away too soon after a rare complication following a venomous snake bite on our property. We are devastated by his untimely passing, but so glad that we had him for the 9 ½ years we got to love him.

Crimson's Bahama Breeze RN

Breeze is a sweet little red tri girl from parents Splash and Captain. She is only 15 1/4" tall and weighs 22 lbs. Breeze was born here at Crimson MAS on 11/18/17 and lives in a co-own home with Brenda and Ken in Troy, Missouri. Breeze shares her home with a tiny Pomeranian and several cats and gets along well with them all.

Shine is a hoot and always keeps us in stitches. She is a medium drive girl who adores the water, swimming, kayaking, and all outdoor activities. Shine was bred by Gary and Sheila Hoskins at Woodridge Miniature American Shepherds and owned by Teresa at Crimson MAS. Shine is everything we could ask for in a companion and more!

Splash is silly and playful and loves to dance and talk when she is excited – so much so that we taught her to bark on command. Splash loves the water – in fact, that’s how she got her name because she loved to splash in water as a puppy. We would describe her as a medium drive girl who likes swimming, kayaking, and outdoor activities.
