| Captain was our sweet little red tri boy who measured 15.5 inches and weighed 27 lbs. |
| Captain passed away too soon after a rare complication following a venomous snake bite on our property. We are devastated by his untimely passing, but so glad that we had him for the 9 ½ years we got to love him. |
| Captain never met a stranger and loved everyone he met. Bred by Taylor Cody at Wild West Mini Aussies in Texas, we absolutely fell in love with him at first sight and just had to have him. Captain had a medium drive and loved to lie with us on the couch at night, but was active during the day. He did anything that was asked of him and was a wonderful working dog - he has titles in several registries in conformation, agility, obedience, and rally obedience. He also has certificates in Farm Dog, herding, and trick dog, plus his Canine Good Citizen (Plus the advanced and urban titles). Captain stamped his puppies with his loving, smart, and easy-going personality, plus his puppies absolutely want to please their owners and have amazing temperaments. These puppies make outstanding pets and excel in performance homes – many of his babies are competing in agility as well. |
| Captain was registered with AKC and UKC and also in the OFA CHIC program for having all of the health testing done as recommended by the Miniature American Shepherd breed club (MASCUSA). He also has his ROM-P (Register of Merit – performance) certificate from MASCUSA for having a certain number of puppies titled in agility. |
